Here’s the real story

This hotel was a major letdown. Our room showed signs of poor cleaning, with visible stains and a musty smell. The furniture was outdated and far from inviting. The service was lacking, as the only form of check-in was a virtual kiosk. It's not worth the price paid.

The front desk staff were so accommodating, offering us a first-floor room which was perfect for our large family. We especially loved having a suite, giving us ample space to relax after our day at the beautiful Lido Key Beach with my nephew.

My kids wished for more family-friendly activities around the property. Some added amenities would really enhance the stay for families with children.
